Great instructors. I have been going for about a year now and love their Hot Bikram Yoga. I have recommended them to my co-workers and we've gone a few times together.

I became aware of this place through Dealtificate (bought a 5 class coupon). And I am so glad I did! I have taken 4 classes so far and I am very impressed. Bertha is a very hands-on (which is great for me because I'm still new to this and need to work on my flexibility :-/), friendly and charismatic instructor. The other instructor, Gabriel is also great. They have different styles which has been a nice mix for me. I've read the complaints about scheduling classes but I haven't had that problem. Maybe it's because I go at night to the walk-in classes. It's been tight a couple of times but we're always well accommodated. I highly recommend this studio! :-)

Just tried a class called Suspension Core Flow...and absolutely loved it. Yoga is taken to the next level with this class while you use a suspended sling that is made of material similar to a parachute. Looks quite difficult but its actually not. Great way to get a good stretch and work on balance. Your muscles get an extra work out with even fewer poses!...loved inverting body to get the blood flowing..Bertha the owner and instructor is awesome..she takes her time in explaining each movement and the correct posture and positions. A must for those that want to try something new..especially if you want to add a little twist to your routine..

I wish I could say I had a positive experience with this studio. I buy online deals to try out new places that I think I would like to become a regular customer at. This studio was no different. I was extremely excited to use my online schwaggle and when I attempted to schedule a class, it was practically impossible. I was treated by unprofessionalism and rudeness. Classes are canceled with no notice and emails are not responded to. Given the nature of these online deals one would think the studio would want to be helpful, resourceful and at the least be courteous to a potential repeat customer. This is not the case here.

I'm in Miami staying at my friend's house on vacation, and I wanted to look up a close-by Hot Yoga Studio. SCORE! Bertha's studio is right around the corner and what a wonderful session!! I will be going back several times while I'm in town. It's a smaller room, I'd say you could get a class in there, max of like 10-15, but she is definitely a HANDS ON instructor- she helped me with SOOOO many postures and wow what a difference. This is not Bikram Yoga but hot yoga and I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!! You must go!

I was hesitant to try Bikram yoga and when I found out this is similar but not as hot, I decided this was a good way to test out the heat. The room is warm, and the practice is not Bikram (from what I was told). I have been practicing yoga at various centers around the country for the better part of 10 years, and this is one of the most challenging classes I've experienced. Bertha (the only instructor) is phenomenal, knows her anatomy, knows the history and purpose behind each pose, and supports her students' practice while challenging them. The classes I have been in have been very small (3 students each) and Bertha uses that to her (and our) advantage by giving an incredible amount of guidance and personal attention to each students pose. I highly recommend this class for yoga students.
