My experience was awful. They are a in an out service but if you have any problems after they truly don’t care, they don’t call back, they give you tons of excuses why they haven’t called or followed up. Poor service.

Went in for an alignment and an oil change, so I asked them to patch a tire while it was there. A few days later i realized my tire was still leaking air worse than before. I drove 30 minutes to go back on my day off to see if they could fix it, they told me I would have to wait 3 hours or come back on another day at 7am. Horrible customer service I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The worst store that can exist in all of Miami, when you have a warranty and you arrive to fix your car, they invent that the machines are broken so as not to fix your car, terrible service.

Labor costs are high. There are lots of delays. No one calls you to tell you that your car is ready. It does not matter whether you make an appointment or just walk in. The work was done well so I have to give these stars to the people who work there, not to Firestone. Very disappointing!

I will never bring my car to this location again. I've never had to write a public review for any business but my experience today compels me to post this review. When I brought my car in for oil change about a week earlier, I received results of their courtesy check which contained recommendations that my serpentine (drive) belt and brake fluid needed to be replaced. In fact, they emphasized that the belt urgently needed to be changed. A week later, I returned to do the job and dropped my car with them. Then I received an email with results of their courtesy check which, to my surprise, mentioned that the belt was fine and acceptable, and only the brake fluid was in need of replacement. I quickly called the location to ask for an explanation and I was told that they had already installed the new belt and the car was ready for pick-up. I still demanded an explanation because I wondered why, on the first visit, they gave me the impression that my belt urgently needed to be change, and on the second visit, their assessment was that it was fine. The person on the phone was just rude and kept interrupting me. I returned to the store with printed copies of their previous and current recommendations, asking for an explanation, but the staff member could not give me a satisfactory explanation. Therefore, my only conclusion is that these folks come up with ridiculous recommendations at inflated prices just to get you to spend more money. There is also no consistency in their assessments during vehicle inspections. More importantly, I can't work with a business when I sense some level of dishonesty.

Went to this tire shop for a set of 4 new bridgestone tires and the first time were not balanced properly ,came back and the same guy who installed did not want to use the proper weight balancer for my tire because the rims were dirty and he said in spanish " I don't clean rims", I talked to the manager and finally fixed the tires but the tires were odd also, to the point that one of them just blew off by the inside wall of the tire, I don't know if they sold me a deffective tire but is the first time this happens with bridgestone.

I've been a customer for 15+ yrs. Every single time, whether scheduled or not, they provide excellent service. Very courteous & kind. They keep me safe in my vehicle. That is priceless.

My tire had a nail in it and I originally took it to another location but forgot my tire lug locks so came to this location.
Melissa I think was her name was at the front and super helpful. I felt at ease getting my car taken care of. They did then job quick and found another nail in another tire and fixed it. And also they told me I should get an alignment done.
I loved how informative they were. Not knowing anything about cars I felt safe knowing they had my best interest. And the wait time was short.

So I had an issue with my front driver side tire where it began bubbling out of nowhere and the rim in one part of it bent. The rim didn't make any noises whatsoever and the car was still completely drivable like normal.
I was right around the corner from this Firestone when my issue started occurring and I immediately took it there. Upon taking it there, I had to wait a long time to get help because there's only one employee in the front.
After I started talking to the guy and told him how my tires started bubbling in one place and how the rim is slightly bent in one part of it (it's very minimal and I believe you can even possibly be put back into place) he looked confused. I took him right outside to my car and he said that the rim was bent in one place (obviously I knew that and I had mentioned that to him already, ?) and how they don't get and or put rims on the car (even though in their name it says "complete"). I then asked him if they're able to bend that little piece and then put a new tire on the car. At that point he went to the back and asked a mechanic, he then came back and said we can't do nothing about the rim, get it fixed and come back. Then I asked him how long can I drive on that tire before it's going to be an issue/explode, but his response was we don't do rims again.
Which honestly I wouldn't be comfortable leaving my car here because it feels like I was leaving it with a bunch of Mickey mouse mechanics that didn't know much and who refused to do anything with me except strictly change the tires so long I have a proper rim already placed on the vehicle by someone else (I'm assuming that a person who can replace the rim can also replace the tire and I'm not going to come back after I replace the rim somewhere else because I can probably get it done at one spot).
Overall this is a horrible place and I would not leave my car here like I mentioned. Stay clear of here and take your car somewhere else. Which if you can find a local mom and pop shop that's been in business for years, then I highly recommend that you take it to a place like that, rather than this chain that seems to be clueless and mickey mouse.
