Renee the store manager LIES!!!! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.... Replaced my warranty tire with a much cheaper style and said they were the same. I took my car to the dealership and they showed me what he did. Now he lies and says he didn't. Extremely unprofessional and rude.... Don't do business with them, you will get robbed

Not good customer service. Pretty expensive. I waited more than 20 min to be attended. I'm not recommending. Buy in Autozone, better.

I have always found good service and little waiting time in that place.In addition, the place is quiet, there are generally few people and the service, depending on what they are going to do to your vehicle, takes little time.This store, the one at Dadeland Mall, is located in a place with plenty of parking spaces, close to the Metro rail station and a few steps from the Mall!!!

They stole my engine cover and tried to tell me my car needed $3,000 worth of work when it really needed a $10 part that I was able to change myself. When I asked where my engine cover was they said it wasn't there when I brought the car in, which is a lie. Do not take your car here.

This place previously was great. My current experience is horrible. Brought my car in bc the tire pressure light was on, after a long song and dance they asked if I wanted to wait two hours to get it checked. I didn't, I brought my car to good year, immediately the guy checked my tires and there was a nail in one of the tires. But since I had the warranty with firestone, I brought it back. They fixed the tire. The light is still on. Brought it back, they said they had to reset it the light. Great....but now the light is back on, brought it back in and they are giving me an attitude and charged for the service. Its like I'm begging for service....and horrible service at that. Do yourself a favor and go to good year.

To start, my car has never made any noise prior to this trip to this location. I took my car in for front brakes and rotors and after picking my car up and about half way home, i start hearing squeeling when braking. Hmm. Couldnt be me i thought, I get home and hear it again so immediately i call them and explain the now issue and instead of listening, i get told "we told you that you needed back brakes" my reply, "I told you my car never made a noise before you touched it". They told me to bring it back in to look at it and after a few hours they call telling me the will replace the parts again. I get the ca back a second time and all seemed fine until a couple weeks later and guess what? Same squeeling. Here we are now for the 3rd time for the same issue THIS TIME WITH A DIFFERENT LOCATION and find out 1. You never broke the brakes in. 2. You used cheap parts on a 600$ job and 3. You never did it right the first time. Now my so called new rotor looks worse than my old rotor and you only replaced the brakes the 2nd time in. I mean does that look like a new rotor to you?

Shady. Took it there when my A/C wasn't working. Kept it for days and anytime I tried to get an eta they were dodgy and dismissive. When I got it back the A/C worked for a moment but then would only blow hot air. Took it back there again for some reason and I had to hound them to get an eta for when it would be fixed. Got it back only to be upcharged on a service i did not ask for and to boot they dented my car. Disgraceful.Service: Air conditioning

This place is a joke. I called in advance to schedule a Tie Rod repair and they told me it could be done today, and to head in to the shop. Once I arrived I stood in line for 30 minutes while technicians and care advisors walked all over the lobby trying to organize and sort work orders and paperwork. I approached a man and he asked me to stand back in line until I was helped. I waited another 5 minutes and left. If you value your time please go somewhere else

We have used Firestone since 1990 in NJ and now in Miami. They give excellent customer service and go above and beyond. Still cheaper than any dealer.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced in south Florida. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Do your self a favor a don’t not use the dadenland location.
