The store manager failed to meet obligations of company. Work was not performed and customer was charged and paid. A day later customer returned to report work had not been performed, that manger acknowledged failure, promised to perform work. Different manager different day doesn't know a thing. And I reported it here, then to Firestone. MY FAMILY AND I HAVE BEEN SERVICING OUR VEHICLES AT BIRD ROAD FOR OVER 20YRS. Check yr files, I've probably spent over 10k in your store 3cars,tires, etc. I'll never go back again.

The worst firestone I’ve ever been last year I took my 2019 Lexus rx350s sport to get a alignment the first time they aligned it the car was exactly how it went in pulling to the right hard so two weeks later I took it back so they could fix the issue well the second time was actually worse literally all they did was add more air to the two left tires in hope to resolve the problem instead of aligning the car correctly so after that I took is to a different alignment shop and they got it right the first time and it was more than 100 dollars cheaper I don’t recommend for anyone to take your car there

I had a simple oil change appt. at 2:30pm. I arrived 20mins early, they took my car back 15min late, and took an hour and a half to change my oil. An oil change on a 2014 Volvo XC60 3.2 FWD SUV is a very easy thing to do. I've done it myself before in less than 10 minutes, but hate dealing with disposing of the oil, so i took it to Firestone. Not sure I will repeat the next time around. Aside from the significant time taken, the service manager was polite and professional.

Bottom line: Manager not friendly, acted annoyed to be there. Bright side: Nick, who fixed my flat, was friendly and helpful, he’s the only reason I would return to this Firestone. Lastly: how is it that a car repair shop who has employees working outside in the Florida heat does NOT have water for employees or patrons? No water fountain on premises, there must be a law in place safeguarding employees working in the heat to be provided with water! Was told prior manager would bring them all water, smart guy. These ppl are gonna have issues if an employee has heat stroke!

Just called headquarters, and was informed about a 2 day waiting period protocol to reach someone who is willing to help with my complaint about the new manager who does not recognize or take any accountability with poor tire alignment that eats your tires completely from the inside even after paying recent services for lifetime tire alignment. This manager with a chip on his shoulder (Jose Rodriguez) fails to realize that he is put in the position he is in to help customers and not deceive them by erasing from the computer a previous quote given by another member of his team just two days ago to replace all 4 tires and align them correctly because another member of the firestone team realized that my tires where damaged because of a poor alignment done by firestone. (Mr. Manager Jose Rodriguez that couldn't give me his business card because he did not have one) I will like to personally speak to the owner to tell him how deceitful and unscrupulous the new manager he has working for him is with his loyal customers that have been doing business with this particular franchise for years and how he treats his customers by telling them how their attitude is. I have no idea what is more insulting, the fact that I was told I have an attitude due the disgusting service given and price adjustment corrected by him stating he is not going to honor that price from the previous member of his team or having to interact with this person in the first place. Dear owner, I will call headquarters every single day and do whatever is necessary to have this problem fixed. Thank you new Manager (Jose Rodriguez) for giving me the opportunity to take my business somewhere else where customers are treated polite and professional and not given classes on conduct that i guarantee you are not qualified for.

My sister dropped her car off here and they charged her to replace the battery I just put a new battery in her car myself before the car went here. I asked to see the battery and test it, it was all of a sudden no longer available to see and couldn’t be found. You’re better off sending your car to a junkyard then bring it here. They’re your classic mechanic scammers.

Eddy, the manager at the Bird Road & 87 Ave storefront is very considerate of your time. He kept me informed of all that was being done. The process was quick and yet thorough. A dragging sound that I thought was the muffler turned out was just the plastic lining under the carriage and they pinned it in. Great service. Very happy customer here!

This Firestone location on Bird Road has the best employees and customer service. Both Carlos and Sayed, in the front office, were unfailingly courteous and friendly, and the speed in which their mechanic repaired my tire was quite impressive. They are a credit to Firestone for their excellence in customer service and satisfaction.
