I'm just giving my opinion so that it doesn't happen to someone else. I'm going to speak directly. I was waiting 4 hours for the tires to be replaced and when I asked again they told me that they didn't have any tires. I'll leave it up to you to decide.

We were leaving on vacation to Orlando when I notice a possible flat tire. I arrived early at 8am and David helped me at the front desk. I explained our urgency to depart for our vacation. They diagnosed it as a flat tire and fixed it within 45 minutes that I arrived. We made it to Orlando at check in time.

I was next in line behind an elderly man in a wheelchair, there were issues with his account so the salesman helped him by calling his daughter and finding the current number. The older man was nervous and confused, the salesman was patient, respectful and helpful. I didn’t mind waiting because that’s the way every elderly person should be treated. The tire on my car was replaced within 90 minutes with no appointment. I recommend this business and as for Mr. Ruiz, he is a rock star.

$130 dollars for an oil change and tires weren’t rotes when they said they would. I went back and told them to please rotate them for me. The guy told me that my car had some problems with the arms that if I rotated them that the car would rattle this and that and no rattling notice in that like it’s really disheartening that they wanna make a quick book by telling you stuff that’s not true. I think it would be wise for you to say the truth instead of making up stories that you have this problem you have that problemlast time I go to this fire stone I’m gonna stick to Jiffy Lube
