I went in for an alignment on my sedan after replacing two wheels at Costco. They charged me $137 and some change, which is about $30 more than other places, but I didn’t want to waste time driving around. Before going, I called ahead and they told me there wasn’t much of a wait. I ended up waiting about an hour, not too bad, but my car is still not aligned.
What am I supposed to do now? Just go back and tell them it’s still off? They’ll probably just blame it on me and I have no way to prove it unless they drive my car, which seems unlikely. So I basically wasted $137 for slightly less pull, but the issue is definitely still there.
As they say patience is a virtue and today it cost me not to have it.

I just had a nail in my tire. Three guys just waiting around doing nothing. I asked how long it would take to help…..45 minutes. Do not take your car here.

I left my car with a small leak of engine oil and the engine check on. They charged me 1500$ and gave me the car with a engine oil leak and the engine check on. They never check the car after repair. supposedly repaired. The car is for my daughter to go school. I NEED MY MONEY BACK

Terrible mechanical service, I had to take my car 6 times to repair the air conditioning, finally I had to take the car to another mechanic and they would keep my money, I also changed the shock absorbers without being damaged, I do not recommend this place , they lost a client who has 8 company cars

Former customer but now I leave in homestead. I had a screw in my tire so went to local one just in case and just told me I needed a new tire...Just started a new job so was sad that I would had tonspend so much money for a new tire. I call my old place on 120005 sw 129th ct in Tamiami Airport and spoke to Eric. He said if you have not lost air on the tire just come and I will checked it. I did drove back there more than 30 minutes away and guess what was superficial and nondamage to tire. He just pull out the screw and said you dont need to change the tire there was no harm done. I was so sad that the other place on homestead was willing to charge me for a new tire. If you need an HONEST advisor go to Eric in Firestone in Tamiami Airpot. Thank you Eric you just made my day. I appreciate you honesty. Loyal customer for years and will remain loyal to you.

Great customer service. All the guys that worked there greet you with a smile and willing to help. I got a flat tire and they fixed under 10 minutes. Highly recommended. Plenty of parking.

This place is horrible! I took my car for A/C service. They told me that the compressor was bad and it need to be changed. The cost: $1,100. I said I would take it somewhere else. Then they charged me $ 90.00 for the inspection. Which they failed to mention at the beginning of the conversation. I took it to another service center and it just cost me $100.00 for the repair. Because it turned out to be a valve problem not a compressor issue. Do not take your vehicle here for any reason. Seriously!!!!!! Called Firestone and this place in an independent dealer. It’s not even on their list of service centers. Total SCAM!!
