Slowest, stupidest, and worst bank I have EVER been with. They are based in Puerto Rico so their US Service sucks. No after hours help for its customers nor assistance with issues with your card. I’ll move all my accounts elsewhere asap

The service is extremely personalized. The human touch is very much alive at First Bank Florida. They don't get 5 stars because they are still missing some of the key features from bigger banks. In my case it is being able to deposit checks electronically.
