The moment you walk in you are greeted by the lovely cashier Marta, The store is super clean, everything is neatly arranged on the shelves, there is nothing on the floor. The store manager, Richard Guzman is very friendly and fast. Will definitely come back.

BAD ATTENTION THE STORE WAS OPEN AND IT WAS 8:50, I WAS JUST GOING TO BUY SOMETHING SPECIFICALLY THAT I ALREADY HAD CLEAR AND ENTERING WITHOUT SEEING US IN THE FACE HE SPOKE TO US LOUDLY AND RUDE.... WE ARE CLOSED, (YES THEY WERE CLOSED BECAUSE THE DOOR IT WAS OPEN) things are better understood not that way... To that STORE MORE I NEVER GO AND it was one of my favorites... what sad people like that

The service is very bad, the store says that on Sundays it closes at 8 and I arrived with my son at 7:47 and the people who helped me caused stress in my purchase, since the store closed in 13 minutes and the employees shouted throughout the store that "hurry up, we close in 5 minutes" they were clearly bothered by serving us

Good selection. Horrible Customer Service!!!! Falsely advertised price, did not want to give me the price shown in picture. There was no price tag on the item as well. Then when I proceeded to do a refund would not refund me in cash even though I paid with a (google pay)debit card, it gets worst because she didnt know that I needed to do the refund with GooglePay and I didnt have my wallet on me even though I told her I would have to do it that way. GooglePay and refunding using a card is two different transcations. Now I had to go back to the car to get my card all for it not to work and then finally she listened to me and let me use the googlepay for the refund and it worked of course. Please train your employees and label your prices with a price gun. Ill never go back to this five below. And they didnt have self checkout so I had to wait a really long time for one register checkout.

I do like 5 below stores. However, I will not shop at this location again. Location 24st and 87av. Today I dealt with a very very rude employee. I was never rude to her, she had no reason to be so rude.

Everything is neatly organized. Clean store. Line was a little long- only had 1 cashier. Closes at 8pm.
