When me and my husband were going to do a check out everything went fine… until the cashier told me to “press 9”.
Like how I told my husband… what if I didn’t want to press 9. & I wanted to press 1.
This is ridiculous why would you ask me to press 9?
If I can give it 0 stars… I would. We’ve never been so upset about this… also, they have to check out everything. It’s not like we’re going to take anything from the store.
Such a shame that they want us to give them a #9. For amazing effort… (when they didn’t.) nobody helped us or anything or even say welcome.
