Store is dirty and has dust everywhere. Force a cashier to help you in self checkout. Employees have horrible attitude and treat you like an inconvenience.

Long lines only a couple of registers open (2) with employees, no more self checkout, lines extremely long because of that, their excuse was lack of client honesty. Plus now they charge .35 for a bag, tjey don't have bags for your purchase anymore. Good luck, you lost a client.

Worst payment system ever. They have 30 registers for self check out but they wont let you use them and instead you have to make a 20 mins line to pay for a $5 item. Just 1 register open, just 1 employee at the cashier area. Absolutely crazy.

Sort of backwards that the whole idea around a Self checkout is to ensure a convenient and quick in and out experience. Instead the lines back to the candy isle while the only employee there is checking you out and marking 10 out of 10 for customer service on the prompt.

They have self check out but don’t even let us use it. Only one employee is ringing up everyone’s items and the line goes past the snacks. Idk why we have to wait in line for 5+ minutes to check out just a few times.

Used to be quick and easy now it takes 30 minutes + to get something cause there is only one register and the line moves so slow makes me leave every time
