Terrible customer service , asked for a manager and he came from the back asking me what do I want and that I’m disturbing his lunch , five below at Jeffery plaza his name is Ricardo . He was yelling at me and made me feel Very uncomfortable and scared so I just left .
They also scan your items for you and leave the highest satisfactory score , when they don’t provide good service at all.

Staff are pushed highly by management to input fake positive feedback on the self checkout register making staff member stand uncomfortably close to the customers.

I am getting really tired of the staff trying to teach how to use the skf service register. I'm not dumb. The associate was there helping yes,does she need to stay and pack my bag when there is a small line of customers needing real assistance? No. I'm a assistant manager,when this happens, I make sure a verbal warning is issued. One person maybe,but not more than two .

Very nice store, had no idea they built a five and below here. Went during the holidays so the store was pretty busy but the selections were good and I pretty much hit everything I needed in one place. Employees were helpful also. Overall a good location.
