Bridgett is the best hands down. We had a problem with some hard wood flooring, a large amount of it. Bridgett did her absolute best to communicate and find a solution to our issues (which NO other employee did). Not recommending floor & decor as I believe a local vendor is a better option but if you find yourself there talk to Bridgett!!!

The young guys that load your material on to palettes are so slow and the materials are not securely packed. After waiting 2 hours for them to load our purchase, the straps around the pallets broke instantly turning the corner out of the shopping center and all the boxes fell over. Seriously guys???

Gotta say, this location is Super cool with all the items on display for your taste preferences and home remodel. But what makes this store unique is the professionalism and work ethics that the store employees have, namely “Daniel” who’s a “Pro Specialist” at this store.
I came in with difficult decisions and unsure of what items I needed. I spoke with Daniel, who then walked me through every step and even searched for special order items on his computer.
Nowhere else will you find this kind of customer service!!
He even made me a Store Pro customer. I highly recommend this Floor&Decor location for all your home remodel needs. And if you need help with anything, make sure you see “Pro Specialist, Daniel”.

I had an excellent experience at Floor & Decor thanks to Richard T. He was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He patiently assisted me in finding everything I was looking for and made sure I had the right products for my project. Richard went above and beyond by even helping me take all of my items out to my car. His outstanding customer service and friendly attitude made my visit so much easier. Thank you, Richard!
