He was very helpful, he is very knowledge about all the plans that Florida blue has and he recommend the best plan for me. I just got off of the phone with a guy that knows the true meaning of custom service.. Super helpful and most important he listen. I just in rolled in Florida blue and I had questions regarding Dr's, and all I can say is WOW !! He answered my questions and more.. This young man name is Juan Betancourt. I was assisted by Daryll, who was a very helpful and knolegable agent. He helped me out through the process of getting my insurance. Clarified all my doubts, and updated me with needed information. I'm truly grateful to be seeing by good Doctors again, thanks to him.

Had such a bad experience with this company. I called in the beginning of the year to cancel my coverage because I had a new insurance for the year, the customer service agent assured me everything was cleared. The next month start seeing that they’re still charging me and call them, turns out they have a policy, which the customer service agent didn’t mention, that if I don’t specifically mention “dental” they will not cancel it. I called to cancel ALL COVERAGE, the customer service agent assumed it was just health insurance. Asked for a refund due to this misunderstanding and was transferred to different representatives all which denied refund, one of which even admitted agent was at fault. Some of the representatives were not very professional, or helpful.

I had to come here just to get a referral so I could see a surgeon, after already going to urgent Care. I was 15 minutes early for my appointment but still ended up waiting 45 minutes to see the doctor, who spent 3 minutes with me. Still waiting to be discharged. Our healthcare system is soooo £#%€¥.
