So yesterday I won a reservation. Because I don’t drive yet so I had to call an uber just to go pick up my reservation when I came in the store to pick it up. One of the employee won’t allowed me to pick up my reservation just because I only have school ID. He even said company rules not allowed school ID. So I had to ran to Footlocker to ask and Footlocker said school ID is allowed. I went back to this Kid Footlocker and told the exact same thing Footlocker said and he still won’t let me pick it up. So I went right on google to searched it up where’s the part school ID is allowed to pick up reservation. After that he said he will talk to the manager. So he went inside to talk with his manager and later bring my shoes out. Next, when he checking my school ID which is from last year because this new school year I haven’t get one yet. He said that it’s has to be current school year and still won’t let me pick up my reservation. Like I have to bring my passport to pick up a shoe or something? Even I have the QR code with the FLX app sign in. Wasted totally 5 hours just to go there, fighting and comeback with nothing. They literally try to keep it so the next day employees can get those shoes for retail. Never enter reservation raffles here. Bye

Do not go there the worse footlocker or kids footlocker in Florida . Staff not helpful I won a reservation and my size shoe wasn’t there I guess they gave it away to someone. I won’t come back to this kid footlocker ever! They should close this store down footlocker and champs are already in the mall.

Employees intentionally do not deliver shoes to customers, find all kinds of reasons such as school id, old id, ... know the law but intentionally do not know, the shop owner should review the staff intentionally not deliver shoes to customers to keep selling for profit.

Walked in the store today and no one offered help. There was a group of 3 staff members huddled talking about drugs. Took my money somewhere else.
