Meek was amazing! Definitely Rv is very good at what he does. I didn't find out the other girl's name but she was very pleasant to be around ☺️

Extremely poor service. I drove like 20 mins to come get a Christmas present for my son this was the only store that had the shoe I showed up at 6 PM and the security guard very rudely told me that they were closed although Google and their website says that they’re open until 7PM. I think that’s extremely unprofessional especially during holiday season when you know, people are in a crunch. You should stick to your advertised hours not close whenever you want. Will be contacting corporate as well. And the security guard, learn customer service or basic manners.

Personally, the good treatment of Maniyer, the short chubby girl with red hair and the skinny white guy, I like them a lot, they always try to help me with the tennis shoes and my children. I'm talking about the Hialeah mall, the Wesland mall.

I love this footlocker! First time going here and was greeted by this young beautiful Hispanic girl, she was so sweet and helpful , any shoe they didn’t have she would tell me they could order, really tried to help me out and honestly the best experience I’ve had in a while.

Worst place! we wait 20 min for a employee to help us and was empty compare to other foot lockers but they dont care and we need more assistance but he desapear so we prefer to leave and OF COURSE NOT COMING BACK!!!

Don’t call this location and expect to get any kind of help from any staff member they’re completely rude, unprofessional and have no idea of what the hell is going on inside that stockroom
