Didn’t have any shoes in my size staff didn’t even know what they had in store.They didn’t find me shoes till the manager came. Unacceptable Behavior!I am very dissatisfied as a customer.I will never be coming back!

They were friendly and helpful and greeted me as soon as I came in the door. Unfortunately, none of the shoes I wanted they had in my size nor the lady indicated that they have on their website. So I left disappointed.

Unacceptable Service and Used Sneakers
I recently ordered a pair of sneakers from this store, and the entire experience left me utterly dissatisfied. Not only did they send me used sneakers, but the condition of the box was appalling. It looked like a pitbull had played around with it before shipping.
The laziness and lack of respect from the staff are inexcusable. As a customer, I expected better treatment and quality control. Their irresponsibility reflects poorly on the entire establishment.
I strongly advise against trusting this store with your orders. Their actions demonstrate a disregard for customer satisfaction and basic professionalism. Save yourself the frustration and find a more reliable retailer elsewhere.

As I walked in looking for a specific pair of shoes i had to actually ask for help even though there was associates not busy. They directed me to section of Jordan's in which I still did not see as they were not on display. I again asked for help as I explained that I went to another store that showed they had inventory, yet they did not, I was not happy as I waited fir an hour for the store to open to tell me they did not have it, however they did tell me about this store having it. After the associate looked up the shoe they gave it to me I purchase and left.

Aidyn was a sales associate who helped me and my family. He was not only patient but gave recommendations and was so kind. Being the holiday season, the store was crazy and he was so helpful and not rushing us. He showed leadership quality! Thank you so much Aidyn. I hope I spelled your name correctly.

The customer service during returns is bad. I went to the store to return an online order and they could not give me a refund. I waited a lot of time and they sent the product to the online warehouse and just gave me some confirmation papers. Now I received the email saying the location received the product but they are charging me the shipping cost. The return policy says that you must return orders personally to the store to avoid this charge. Now I have to spend time contacting Footlocker to resolve it. Regular stores give you your receipt and refund no matter what you used, online or in location. I will not use this site in my life...The online chat is dummy. They never connect you with a real agent...

They will not sell you anything without an email! They literally told me I need your email for the receipt, I said I don’t have one , she said you need one. I left the shirt on the counter and walked out!What’s going on with a simple transaction nowadays!!!!

FIRST TIME AT THIS FOOTLOCKER. APPARENTLY, THIS is NOTHING BUT A SOCIAL HALL FOR EMPLOYEES, MOST OF THE TIME THE EMPLOYEES STAND IN PACKS AND SOCIALIZE. WHEN I ASK FOR HELP, THE RESPONSE IS A FINGER POINTING, IT'S OVER THERE. NO ONE ASKS IF THEY CAN HELP YOU WITH ANYTHING. THE PLACE IS ALMOST EMPTY, AND I HAVE TO CHASE DOWN EMPLOYEES TO GET HELP. WHEN I CALL CORPORATE, ITS A MAZE OF OF PUSHING EXTENSIONS. PLACED ON HOLD, GAVE UP AFTER 30 MINUTES ON HOLD.
