I was attended by a woman named Daniela, she was extremely rude and ignored me when I said my size. Never want to go back I am sad, she made fun of me with other workers. I am disabled and 26 years old, extremely disrespectful. I felt very targeted.

I went to make a return for a NB that I wore just once for Easter Day and after I came from the park, I washed them( manually and I used only water and detergent, the material were fabric) . They lost all the color, the shoes were pink, they ended being gray. I bought this less than 30 days ago. They literally told me that they are not responsible for the quality of the merchandise. Also, they told me that they gave me a pink tennis so I can’t return it like that(they only made returns for other kind of problems). So if you go out on a rainy day it is not their fault that the shoes lose their colors, that’s not their problem. Very bad experience with this store, and also with this NB 9060 tennis. I also want to add that I came to the store asking for the manager, and one employee told me it was he, later they recognized that the manager was Katy and he was only an assistant manager. So they lied in your face.
