Worked from them in July of 2021, while also taking college classes.Their main goal isn’t customer service or doing their job correctly, it’s competition. Basically who can sell the most and who can get customers out the quickest. In addition, no one helped each other. Every time I asked a question the response was “Did you ever receive training?” They basically want newcomers to memorize everything about the store on your first day there.Fast forward, I had an epileptic seizure and had to be in the hospital, which caused me to miss a day. I was unconscious in the hospital when an assistant manager called me about missing my shift. After recovering, I returned their phone call and spoke to the original assistant manager that had called me. She was very rude when I informed her of what happened and asked me if I was “ ever going to be coming back to work?” I notified of her of the hospital doctor in-charge’s orders of not being able to drive for 6 months after a having an epileptic episode, therefore, I wouldn’t be able make the drive there and would have to stop working. She responded with “Well, this is a work-environment and you should’ve let us know about you having a seizure ahead of time?” As if a seizure can be predicted. I think my total time there lasted 2 weeksOverall, the staff there doesn’t care about employee health, team-work, or customer service. I remember when I had my interview the manager told me their biggest issue was that “employees kept leaving” which didn’t seem like a red flag to me at the moment, however, after experiencing how they function that statement doesn’t surprise me.

Terrible customer service and a rude and a terrible character and no sense of customer service and helping the Customer. I had bought a pair of Kyrie 4's about 1 month ago and the shoe was defective (had rotten laces) and we went to return them and when we arrived without a second doubt immediately told us in the rudest way possible they cant do it. Their manager (which she said her name was "Sofia") was very rude and terrible towards us and didn't find any other way to help us. And her staff were just terrible and didn't try to help us at all. Terrible store and staff and I hope never to return again.

This Foot Locker location at Dolphin Mall in Miami is a great place to get shoes and athletic clothing. I really like the selection of different items that they have available here and was able to find all the items I was searching for. The staff here is very helpful and attentive.

Don’t come to this store!! They take forever to do a return and they put a lot of trouble to do it. I’m never coming back here. Buy your shoes in another store. Jadas and the manager (clynt) don’t know about customer service.
