I took my truck to get a part replaced. I had just washed it and when they gave it back to me it look liked they went mudding. I asked the guy to at least rinse it off because I brought it in clean I want it back clean and if there weren't other customers around they would have given me a hard time. I was given attitude when I requested to clean it and they didn't even really clean it. They just splashed water on it and it still had mud on it. It was one of the managers but I don't remember his name.

Solnez went above and beyond my expectations. He made the time to install the bedliner on Saturday considering o work out of town. I appreciate his consideration.

This is the worst dealer. Dropped my truck for mirror not opening sometimes, sunroof seal cracked (ordered more than 1 month in advance), and the roof strip loose (missing rivet). After 1 week without anybody contacted me, I called 4 times (same day) with promises they will call back. The 4 time they call me back and say they needed 3 more days to replace the sunroof seal. They never fixed the mirror. Took them 1 week to install one rivet. I asked them for loaner and denied to grant me that. This is not the first time I had issues there, las oil change I still have no idea if they did it, they never put the sticker. Time to move from Ford. They will lie in your face. On the service department my only good experience was with Mike and guy on the (payment) window.

I appreciate the service department call yesterday letting me know two of our company cars had open recalls. They finally received the parts and offered their mobile services which was a first for us. Today Kevin came on time and took care of both recalls. Thank you for your quick services and the flexibility.

First time bring my new Ford I bought in December of 2022. Mike is my new adviser for my truck. Very nice and knowledgeable about fords. Will continue to us this Ford and Mike as my advisor. Thanks for great customer service.

My estimated wait time was 1-2 hours, yet I am going on hour 4 and they need another hour. Youre time is an after thought here. Their customers lounge has a tv with the volume at zero. Will not be bringing my car back.

Leonardo delivered as promised on my two service recall repairs for my 2022 Maverick Hybrid, which is the best truck I have ever owned. Very professional and he followed through promptly on my requests.

My experience purchasing a vehicle here was not what I expected. Years ago I bought a car for my daughter and everything went great. So when my husband wanted a new car we chose Midway Ford. The salesman, Oscar, was very nice and tried his best to make the sale go smoothly. But he, unfortunately, works in a place that is totally unorganized and not respectful of customers. It is almost like the dealer doesn't care about selling cars! There are so many issues with this place that are too numerous to include here. But, bottom line, find another ford dealer. I definitely do not recommend.

This dealership is full of thief's! Took my old man for a ride on a lease he already had. Charged him for everything as if he was buying a new car!

Honestly the best car-buying experience I've ever had. I'd been looking for weeks for a specific car. Car guru listed this dealership as having a "great" price on it. whereas all the other places I looked were ranked as "overpriced" or "high" price. I was nervous because it was out-of-state. But I called. Melissa Sosa, who took the initial call, patiently answered my many questions about the car. She even went to the effort of sending me a picture of a specific thing I asked about. Even after she passed me on to a salesman, she continued to follow up to make sure I was being taken care of, and made a special point of coming out to find me on the sales floor to say "hi", even though she was officially "finished"with me. Made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another phone call. Jeramel Cortez was fabulous! When he found out I was hoping to come into town the next morning to look at the car, he worked with me until almost eleven o'clock p.m. to make sure all my questions were answered and everything would be prepared. He even offered to come pick me up at the airport in the wee early hours of the morning, before the dealership even opened!!! He was offered to drive me to the bank to save me the expense of getting a taxi. I'm not tech savvy, so he patiently showed me how to use all the new features on the car. He even synced my phone to the car and ore-programmed my address into the GPS. I have had some terrible experiences with car dealerships over the years. So I was blown away by how lovely everyone here treated me. And I have NEVER had people at ANY kind of business go so far above and beyond to help their customers. The car runs like a dream!! I am SO SO SO happy with it. Thank you to everyone at Midway Ford for making this such a great experience.

Called could not talk to parts. Stop by part needed was not available talk to a sales persone onthe way out about placing an order and detail. Salesperson pretty ignorant of the EV ordering process.
