Visited earlier today with my mom, Amanda is wonderful!! She was very very kind, professional, attentive, and extremely helpful! Customer service like hers is hard to find now a days!! She is definitely a tremendous asset to this establishment!

I went to the store in Dadeland Mall for the first time and unfortunately did not have the best experience. I’m not sure what the worker’s name is, but she has black hair and a fair-medium skin tone. She was very rude to my family and was talking to other people about us thinking we didn’t hear. She did not attend me as I was waiting for the fitting room and was saying one of my family members was walking around and touching things when that’s what customers are supposed to do to see if they like something… It seemed like she was bothered that we were looking at the merchandise or was dreading having to put something away afterwards. The fact that she was talking “behind our back” really rubbed me the wrong way and I hope one of the managers can tell her something or fire her because that is not an example of a professional, ethical, and friendly employee. I walked out and couldn’t buy the items I wanted to from this specific location because of that and will say that I am not coming back if she is working there.

Manager that are kids should learn about customer service! I spend too much money at free people to have rude employees answer in a very condescending way. Not worth my time or me spending my money here.

Great set of selection with this brand for all styles. Attentive staff, neat fitting rooms and well placed and dressed mannequins. The clearance room is usually filled with much more clothing however this is the beginning of the New Year and they may be getting a new line soon. One of my favorite stores.

I ordered a pair of pants and a shirt and it was marked as delivered but we have not received them. I have been trying to resolve the issues multiple times this week alone and just now I received an email back. This is a PO box shipping address and the resolution was to talk to neighbors, file a police report and contact my credit card. The item was not delivered to my PO box and this is beyond frustrating. This is the respond from customer care: "Hello Nils, Thank you for reaching out to us. This email is in reference to order FP09844194. Unfortunately, we are unable to file a lost package claim because the courier verified delivery of your shipment. If you are unable to locate your shipment, please check with neighbors and family who live with you. If you are still unable to locate your package, please dispute the charges with your credit card company. Then, file a police report for stolen property as well as claim the stolen property with your homeowners or renters' insurance. I apologize for any inconvenience. Best, Abrieanna Free People"

They have beautiful clothing. Oddly enough a lot of their clothing is 2pcs. But the tops don't fit with the bottoms. Their clothes is VERY expensive and they won't let you swap the bottom or the top for the same item in the size that actually fits. What's the point of paying for something if you're gonna be stuck with one half that doesn't fit? I wasn't given any other options. Just a plain " no. swapping" . I prefer to find it at Nordstrom. They'll even swap shoe sizes at Nordstrom. They understand that consumers have a lot of options when it comes to retail and value their customers.

The manager or whoever was running the register could NOT have been more rude it was bizarre. She was so rude I decided not to purchase the 4 things I was going to get. It was bizarre because she was super nice to the women I front of me who was returning items and purchasing more with a gift card. When it was any turn she took the items i was returning from the online store didn't look up. I started to look around the store to hopefully find somethings to exchange. She offered zero assistance. The assistant was nice and offered me a dressing room. No one helped me from there. I inquired about some sizing and the lady barely looked at me to tell me no all sizes are out. She wouldn't engage it was the strangest experience. I literally left everything in the dressing room ( I way hang things up and bring them out $ but this time I was so upset I left the clothes in the dressing room (not nicely) and left without buying a thing. She was that rude.::

NO customer service. I was in store for 10 minutes. It wasn't busy yet I did not even receive a greeting of hello or can I help you from the staff. I love the clothes but I'm not going to buy from someplace that cares so little about the customer

The store itself was extremely clean and the cashiers were nice, however the manager was one of the rudest people I have ever come across. I asked for help finding a size and she pretty much ignored me and copped a attitude with me. She than went out of her way to come back to me while I was checking out to continue to cop an attitude.
