thought very seriously about posting this feedback because it is not my intention to complain, but I would not want anyone else to have such a bad experience as I had.
I went to ask how much it would cost to change the front shock absorbers on my car, I brought my original parts myself, they did such a bad job that they not only put one of the shock absorbers wrong, they broke one of the axles, I had to change both, although they did not charge me for the work, I had to take care of the parts, including one of the stabilizers has two nuts ; CRAZY !! they did not put the locks on the ends of the axles !! and I have had to go to the dealer to get my car back in good condition, I have proof of all the work they did wrong, paying a lot more money, just for a change of shock absorbers. For your safety, avoid going to that place. Thanks God I was able to be safe from so much irresponsibility on the part of the employees of this place.

Con artist Juan's the problem at this business! I went there for a driver side window motor and when I picked up my truck the passenger side window motor was broken so I ended up paying for 2 window motors smh. Juan was extremely rude and the language barrier made it worse! I love Issac he's the reason I was going to them but not anymore as long as they got con artist Juan employed there!!!

Do not go to this place in any way, I had my car's oil changed and they left the filter in incorrectly. The car spilled the oil on the road and was damaged. Now they don't want to respond in any way. Neither return the money nor assume. They messed up my car. They are irresponsible. And I am not the only one. Look at all the comments people make about this place

The customer service really isn't bad, it's just that their service is very expensive. My first appointment was to change the oil and it cost me 116 usd for 5000 mi and the second time was to change the thermostat and it cost me 305 usd, I am a woman at last, I don't know anything about mechanics but I consider those prices very high, it really is It's a shame but I'm not going to go any further, because they recommended that I change the engine fans and they quoted it to me at more than 780 USD, this being their best price. In addition to the fact that it took them 2 hours to do it because they do not have the pieces in their establishment, they call different stores, they send it to buy and they resell it to you, and you have to wait for them to bring it to you. That's where the exaggerated prices come from. I wish you the best, from the bottom of my heart, but I was very disappointed.

I couldn’t believe how fast my oil change was. Isaac and Juan make this experience pleasurable. They have a great crew of mechanics and they pay attention to detail. Impressive service and quality work.Friendly motors is my go to and where I recommend all of my Miami friends!!!!
