Terrible customer service. The short female employee never seems willing to work. I've visited multiple times to trade in phones, but there’s always an excuse why it can't be done. I also requested to use Venmo, which is clearly listed as an accepted payment method on the website and has been used here before. However, the same employee insisted they don’t accept it. There’s always an issue, and this should be investigated for failing to honor listed policies. Was the only employee in store 3/10/25 1:20pm
Edit: Adding a picture from the first time they accepted Venmo yet somehow, I'm now being told they don’t. Went to another GameStop, and they had no issue taking it. Train your staff properly; this location is just wasting customers' time.

Employee on phone told me prismatic was for staff only, but they have surging sparks. went to store was then told they never received surging sparks and no one picked up the phone because the phones are down and it was impossible.

Horrible place and they don't even pick up the phone I had to go just for my item to be sold out I called 25 times though out the day not one call was answered

I went to pick up an online order today, and the weirdo at the counter couldn’t have been ruder. When I asked, “Hey, how are you?” she rolled her eyes and said, “What do you want?” Completely uncalled for. Her attitude was bitter and dismissive for no reason at all. This is exactly why y’all are going to be out of business soon. Thank god. Also the place looked like crackhouse, never seen a dirtier gamestop.

Store not open when they say it's open, store associate sold me a headset for the 360 and not the Xbox one last night, when I asked several times if it works for the Xbox one, he assured me it would. Got home only to find out it doesn't work. Returned to the store today, when they posted on their door normal business hours. What a shame, no wonder why GameStop is tanking.

This is one of the filthiest stores I’ve ever seen oh my god. It’s like they have never vacuumed it or swept in there before. Trash and debris from outside is in every corner of this store. How can anyone work in there without their brain deteriorating? Like this is not normal. You could see the trash from outside, I felt nauseous in there. Wow
