Be aware they LIE when they say the used items are guaranteed to work. We came here two hours ago to find PS2 controllers so we could play old games and one of the controller's shape-side buttons dont work at all and the other one's directional pad doesn't work! What am I supposed to do with this??

The AC was “broken” and super hot. Dirty floors and the representative or cashier was not very friendly. Our knowledgeable. “Keep the receipt and you can bring it back with in 15 days if it doesn’t work I THINK”

I’ve been a loyal Gamestop customer for many years. By far, this is the worst location when it comes to cleanliness, organization, and customer service. The store clerk Nicholas was rude and didn’t even acknowledged us at all. After my purchase, he didn’t even say thank you. I ended up saying thank you to him and with a snarky attitude he replied, “ahuh”.

Been sitting here for half a hour google states they are open but no one is here with the gate closed. I can’t believe the people they put in charge at GameStop. No regards for anyone else’s time, shame on GameStop and their management staff.

The only reason I am giving 1 star is because that’s the lowest Google will allow me to place because if it was up to me I would give no stars. I was so excited of trading in my Xbox and receiving the amount that is announced on the GameStop website but I was declined that because of one Employee name Kenneth. I explained that the price on there website is not the one reflected on what there offering in store. He did not bother to check or even show that he cared. He made my experience at this store incredibly awful. I ended up going to another GameStop and getting my trade in at the price that was advertise with no issue. I will not be coming to this GameStop anymore and I will let my family and friends know not to come here either.

My man Kenneth R.. Boy does not have people skill. I had an issue with a trade in and he didn't seem too thrilled to be bothered to assist me. There was an issue with the price he was giving me for a trade in vs what was shown online. Kenneth's solution.... Tell me he has no control over the site.. Didnt even bother to look at my phone when I was trying to show him the official gamestop advertised trade in deal. FYI Kenneth, another gamestop gave me the advertised price without any hassle. Will not be coming back to this store.

I came at 7 to sell items. There was a sign “on break back in 30 mins” with no specification of when the break started or what time to come back. I knocked in on the door and a young man answered. He said he was the only one working and on break. I asked when the break stated he said it just did. I said I had items to sell. He said he wouldn’t take any of it. However I know that GameStop does that the items I have because I checked online. He says online is incorrect. I asked to speak to the manager. He says that’s not possible and shut the door on my face. Waste of time. He obviously doesn’t care about his job and was just looking to not work with people until the store closed. Don’t go to this store it’s a waste of time. Not sure why he’s getting paid for not doing his job.
