My home Game Stop. Been here since I was a teen. Love the employees there. Treat them like humans and bros, they'll take care of you. Of course they can't make a miracle happen because [Game Stop rules] but they look out.

They have terrible service and the person who is present does not want to serve, he did not take the time to see what I was asking, I do not think it is a good place to buy, or at least it should have a person willing to do his job

Employees here never pick up the phone and the store is not even occupied. Terrible workers here, need better customer service. I’m a regular and get treated like a nobody

You can’t walk in to a GameStop these days without being treated poorly by clearly discontent employees who are miserable and rude and try to scam you into their yearly subscription plan. Just today I tried to buy something and when I provided my number as asked the associate realized my pro membership was expired, he of course asked me if I wanted to renew and I had no interest in doing so as it is a waste of money. He then tried to tell me that to complete my purchase I had to renew, I found it hilarious and walked right out of the store and took my money to Target which carries all the same product at a better price with no ‘car salesmen’ tactics employed to try to subscribe you into paid memberships.

When i went to open the door it was closed, i was knocking for about 5 minutes, then the customer came to open the door, he didn't hold the door, didn't greet, had a straight face. He had both of his airpods connected and was playing a game while i was waiting at the cashier to buy my item. Terrible customer service.

Customer service is trash, bought a faulty controller the receipt clearly says I have 30 days to make an exchange, so how they change their policy to 15 days and even though I am within the 30 day exchange limit they refuse to do it as a per my binding receipt I call customer service and the told the store can override it but they refuse to, and the store manager Juan was no help and just kept rolling his eyes like and talking trash in the back of the store acting like Im the problem. I am a pro member and purchase the product Dec 26 and tried to exchange it on Jan 18 👎🏾🛑🚩

They always open the store late so if your in a hurry and trying to buy something when they open you have a better chance at another GameStop or target
