After seeing me wait in line for 10min I’m told they close in 15min. not enough time to test a trade in with the 1 other customer after me who is buying something. Worst experience in over 10 years as a customer. Avoid this location.

I have been coming to this store for years. Never have I felt the way I did walking out of the store today. I had just bought I controller when I got home it wasn't functioning correctly. So I bring it back to GameStop for Joel to tell me this wasn't the controller I bought at the store. How would that make anyone feel. I was honestly livid, to not cause a scene I walked out.
I bought the insurance had I had any ill intent I would've traded it in a month later.
Lost a client.
Recommend Amazon.

The play station 4 pro (second hand ) that I bought to send to Cuba on thursday, it does not work. Completly disgusted , $235 dollars to the garbish. Do not buy in this shop. They do not offer what they said.

The truth is that the complaint is directly for the manager of this branch or point of sale, the attitude that this man has does not deserve to be in that position. My husband went to make a complaint and the disposition was calm... but from the beginning the man was always rude and indifferent to the request and complaint that was being made to him to the point of taking my husband out of the store and calling the police... after my husband left the store he called directly to the offices where we were They gave the necessary attention and the solution we needed.

Good store found a PS4 game was 24$ and in other Gamestop was 59$. Cant belive different stores have different prices, maybe greedy managers. Will comeback again
