Customer service is terrible. I was not greet or offered help. Their retro game selection is minimal, looks like they don’t restock games in months. Short girl at the front extremely lacks of customer service, couldn’t even say thank you at the end of the transaction and it’s not the first time. On top of that, manager lied about a policy of canceling a preorder and apply the credit towards another preorder instead of the game I was purchasing. This is a lied and all other GameStops don’t have a problem in doing so. Also, they push you to get a useless game warranty. I will purchase the game warranty when they improve their customer service.

What a more professional environment. Then the one in Miller square. I recommend you go to snapper Creek plaza and use their GameStop. The Miller square GameStop refuses to do their job even if you're a pain member. The associate at snappers Creek assisted me with my small problem and fixed it for me in less than 5 minutes. I recommend do not go to the GameStop in Miller square.

I recently visited this GameStop (twice), and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. There is a short female employee who is extremely rude. She didn’t greet me when I walked in, and when I asked her questions, she didn’t even bother to answer. Her lack of basic courtesy and customer service skills made the visit frustrating and unpleasant. I won't be returning to this store and advise others to avoid it as well.

The person that was there today between 12 and 4 should be taken aside and taught manners. To answer his phone and walk away while I was asking a question is unacceptable. This is the problem all over--inconsiderate sales staff. I wanted to purchase an online package. He spoke to me as if I was an idiot. There are plenty more Game Stops around. 137th and Miller is by far one of the best. I wish I would have spoken up at the time I was there.
