I bought a PS5 pre-owned basketball 2024 game as a present for Christmas for my son and didn’t work on the PS5, it was damaged or for some reason not supported by the console. I called them for a replacement, refund or credit and they didn’t help me because I lost my receipt. Even that they have a bar code for the game box and my credit card invoice, or event the store cameras can proof I purchase the game, they say no and did not give me any solution. Unfortunately I will never buy in their shop again and I hope this doesn’t happen to more customers.Shame on Game Stop, I was only asking for customer service care.

Don't go there to buy the manager so-called Henry is a real jackass to say the least he stands there not helping his worker Chris. Chris does everything in the place. Believe me stay away from this little rinky-dink store it's not worth it go somewhere else will you be treated like a real customer and not insulted like the manager Henry insulted me

Their prices are inaccurate and don't care about the customer. And tried to get me to pay more than what the item was Don't TRUST THIS GAME STOP. THEY ARE CROOKS, not everyone there is bad.

My experience was bad. The guy there on 06/22/23 sold me a super Mario 3D world pre-owned disc and I also paid for the warranty, specially because this disc was pretty dirty (very visible). I asked him if he has another disc and he said it was the last one. I went home and it didn’t work. The frustration of my 7 year old kid and me was GIANT. Fortunately I paid for the warranty. A day after, I did a trip again to te Aventura Mall (pretty far from city) and claim for the warranty and be refunded but surprisingly the same guy as before put a label on disc as “damaged” or something and gave me another disc! That was not the last one! That was very unfriendly from his side not to offer me another disc when I asked for that because that one was very dirty (and possibly damaged). By the return day I had already ordered a disc from eBay. So I am in the hassle of stopping momentarily that shipment just to see if this second disc works. That guy could saved me and my daughter the frustration of a damaged disk and the long trip and the hassle in eBay.

Went to buy a ps5 and the workers was rude as can be and told me that I had to add insurance & I had to pay 14.99 for something I won’t use ! Didn’t take insurance! Got home controller won’t connect , come to find out either controller faulty or USB FAULTY!! I called and JORDAN THE GAMESTOP EMPLOYEE RESPONSE WAS CALL PS 5 !! No type of options just rude and didn’t care about customer care !! Gotta do better young fellow !! Never again GAMESTOP WONT SEE A PENNY FROM ME !!

Absolutely awful experience, I went in there and the employee there never welcomed me nor asked me anything, when I found a game to go give to him, he said that he didn't have it there when obviously he did, he had no personality either.
