The way I was just treated by the manager at this GameStop was unbelievable. I feel disrespected, used, and betrayed as a lifelong customer. I came in to return a 300$ controller that I purchased the day before. The controller was not touched. I purchased it less than 12 hours prior to returning it with original packaging, receipt and everything included in the box. Not a single hand touched the controller. However because there was the slightest indication that the box was “opened”, I was told I could not do anything and that I’m better off selling the controller on the streets. I explained that I am a lifetime customer and was not informed or this new policy, as I have returned plenty of products before the 7 day grace period before with no issues. This product was sold to me with me under the impression that I can return it in 7 days as long as the product was not used, which it was not. I explained this to the manager and he laughed in my face, along with another female customer he was with, who also started laughing in my face. I told them that there’s nothing funny about a customer losing 300 dollars due to lack of communication by there employees. This new return policy was never brought to my attention. I would not have made the purchase had I been aware of this policy. This policy should be explained to any customer spending this much money on a controller. I am very disappointed in this GameStop.

Didn’t hold my pre-order. So when they ask you if you want to pre-order something that is highly anticipated I would recommend another store.

Leaving my second review cause both the stores deserve it. But again it was Mario who made me finally decide I should leave feedback. He works both locations and have dealt with him several times on both. And he really goes above most retailers help you get now a days. I’m really glad. All the people in general at both these locations have been nothing but amazing. I have yet (been shopping for years in both) have had a bad experience at all. Like 0. Anytime I walk in packed busy or not they acknowledge the customer not just me I pay attention I’m a manager for a big chain company as well. So I pay attention to stupid little things.Whoever trains these kids has done an amazing job. And if no training kudos to Mario and everyone else in both stores. Thank you all.

By far this is the best Gamestop. Enrique is always there to assist you with what you are looking for and provide any insight to new items.

I bought a playstation5 with a one-year warranty and it was ruined after 5 months and they didn't change it, they treated me horrible until I cried

The slim guy with the long hair needs some better customer service skills ASAP. He’s rude and unprofessional and lacks people skills, ever time I go into the store he never offers assistances and when you ask him a question he responds like he’s upset, which explain why he always looks mad. That attitude deters people from asking any questions or shopping in your store which as a valued GameStore shopper I will no long shop at this location.

A little late on writing this but made sure I did just because of the experience i had. Christian was awesome. He was very enthusiastic and excited to talk about gaming details and you can tell he's a true gamer with a love for it. The absolute best representation of Gamestop I've ever witnessed in my 30 years. Give that man a pay grade of his own. Keep it up Christian.
