They are not upfront about the return policy, they never flagged that if the system was opened, I would only get back about 33% of what I paid for. The system literally was opened for less than a week. It was never used. It was too complicated for my son to use and I went to return it upon returning a brand new system the store manager tells me he can only buy it back for me for a 33% fraction of what I paid for. complete and total dishonesty please go to Best Buy or somewhere else. Do not deal with these people be warned. My autistic child could not figure out this system and they had no compassion whatsoever.

My son traded in some games, the gentleman who helped him was patient and answered all his questions. He didn't talk down to him and even helped him make some decisions. I appreciated him taking the time to acknowledge my son.

I honestly don’t know how someone this rude and lazy managed to get hired. I walked into GameStop to do a simple trade-in, and the guy behind the counter acted like I had just ruined his entire day by existing. The constant eye-rolling, sighing, and complete lack of effort was unbelievable. He made zero attempt to be helpful — clearly too busy being annoyed at having to do his job.
Every question I asked was met with a sarcastic look or a mumbled, half-assed answer like I was beneath him. Spoiler alert: you’re not special because you work at GameStop, and it’s not my fault you hate your job. If rolling your eyes is your go-to response for customer interaction, maybe try working somewhere that doesn’t involve people — or better yet, not working at all.
I left without trading anything in, and I’ll never step foot in that location again. It’s honestly embarrassing that this is the kind of employee they choose to represent their brand.

So disappointed with the help received here. I came at the store on April 28, 2024, at 7:45 PM I asked only two questions , and the person assisting not only gave me a vague answer , he did not even looked at me while talking since he started looking at his phone. Not good service.
