Probably one of the best GameStops in south FL. Been years that I’ve had an experience like this at a gamestop. Closing staff earlier this week went above and beyond to make the store inviting, amazing recommendations and in-store game demos, great library of retro games and other platforms. $10 and under bargain bin was rare to see. Harder to find games and collectibles. Couldn’t be more pleased

Don’t come right when they open. They typically open 10+ minutes late. Specially on Sundays.

I went to the store with my kids at 5:09pm. They were really looking forward to going and there was a sign on the door saying that person went on a 45min break. Store is supposed to be open from 12-7pm but times are either incorrect on Apple Maps or the store. Typical Miami half as$ customer service. Get sufficient staff so your employees can take a break and your operation is not negatively impacted.

The best Game Stop I've been to in Miami Dade.I've been coming here constantly for over a year and I have no complaints. The store is neat and organized, the staff is happy and helpful, especially the manager Donovan. I highly recommend this store to all. We need more people like this in other businesses.

Horrible customer service! How these people have an overall rating of 4.4? Manager is on the phone playing games not playing attention, then the company doesn’t even do returns within 30 days. They honestly don’t properly advertise whats 30 days and whats not! I proofed to them and they didn’t care. It felt like a scam are running and i told them so. Good luck to future customers i wont be one of them.

Staff of this GameStop is not required to pick up the phone. I parked outside of the store (looking in) to find two employees talking to one another. Called on from my phone and witnessed them look at the phone and ignore the call. Did I mention that the store was empty?
