I visited this store today to shop for my husband, who needed essential items for an upcoming trip. We share both a rewards account and a Gap credit card, and I shop here frequently. At checkout, I provided our phone number to redeem rewards and accidentally gave my date of birth instead of his. Realizing the mistake, I immediately corrected myself and gave the correct date of birth.
The associate, Angela, responded unprofessionally. She bluntly told me that if the rewards weren’t under my name, I couldn’t use them, despite me explaining that my husband and I share the account. Her dismissive attitude was unacceptable. I reiterated that I’ve shopped at this exact location numerous times and have never encountered any issues using our shared rewards. She continued to insist that my husband had to be physically present, offering no solutions and refusing to assist further. Frustrated, I had no choice but to walk away empty-handed.
Angela's behavior was rude, unhelpful, and contrary to the level of customer service I’ve come to expect from this store. Her attitude left a poor impression, and I will think twice about returning in the future if such treatment persists.

Great customer service!!! I ordered some items online and needed to return 2 of the items. Called this location on kendall drive and 124th Avenue to inquire if they would take the return. From that call to me visiting the store, everyone was so nice and happy to help. I was so incredibly surprised of such an amazing group of people that I had to ask each one them for their names. We never take the time to write a review on those positive moments when you go somewhere and the service is incredible. I would like to thank Rocio, Margo, Katty, Roxana and Manuela for their smiles and hospitality. We are all customers when we walk in to any store, but lately it's been hard to walk in to a store with the full staff so helpful and nice. Brought me back to the old times when customer service and being happy where you work was a required. If you shop at Gap, I recommend that you visit this location. Say hi to everyone for me.

Our next family adventure take us Gap Factory located inside of Kendall Village with a category of 4.4 and more than 197 reviews I respect all the other comments but my experience was excellent.
Today, Father's Day, my best gift was to go to Gap factory to buy clothes for my wife, crazy, really, but she was happy, ok, everything was organized perfectly to find what you needed, everything was fast and at the time of paying, also excellent treatment from the staff. . Recommend place if you like Gap and its clothing designs.

Another thing I like is that all the clearance clothes are always organized and correctly classified by size, unlike other stores that have all their clearance clothes mixed up. In this one everything is organized and it is very easy to get clothes at a very good price
