¡NO USEN ESTA OFICINA! Si lo hace, es a su propio riesgo. 1) El personal está falto de modales. 2) No logran entender las necesidades de sus clientes y dan explicaciones incompletas o incomprensibles, cuando se les solicita que por favor repitan dicen "ya le explicamos".3) Esta empresa está desconectada de sus clientes, no parecen entender que no son un servicio de lujo, si no un servicio de necesidad.4) El maltrato a los clientes está incluido en el pago. La gerencia tiene un gran trabajo de entrenamiento que hacer si desea mantener el negocio funcionando y que los trabajadores no pierdan su empleo.
