I would not recommend people to buy their connectors. I was told by the Gohst Inc rep Oliver that if this connector doesn't work out, I can exchange to another connector. I followed their warranty exchange procedure and they never sent back any items back to me. Followed up multiple times through emails and phone calls and no reply. They are literally ghosting customers to skip on warranty exchange. Very disappointed and won't be using their company again.

Extremely fast shipping times. I do live a county over from the shop but can't make it in person due to store hours and my work schedule so I ordered some parts and recieved them the next day pretty much. Ordered Sunday night she received Tuesday.

Terrible processing and shipping times. The time from placing an online order to shipping is slow AF. I use Ghost parts in all of my Glocks and never had any issues. But 6 days from the time an order is placed to begin to ship an item? and then another 6 days for it to arrive? 8 business days and 4 weekend days. FL to OKC..

Received my connector for my Glock 19x. After fitting it to the gun the trigger breaks at the rear of the travel and is harder to pull. Emailed ghost to see if it was a install issue or if there was some other problem and got no response.

Called Ghost today about ordering an extended slide release for my Glock after being on hold with the Glock Store for over 20 minutes. They answered the phone by the 4th or 5th ring. Gentleman who answered was total a professional. Guess who got the sale and a new customer.
