Giant Motors fixed my BMW X3 SUV leaving it like brand new after an MVA. Their customer service is excellent. I’m very pleased on how everything was handled with them a give them a 5 stars body shop to go!!! Thank you ?

Jorge and his crew are very accommodating and do a phenomenal job! They literally go out of their way to deliver exceptional service to their customers. I'm probably not a typical customer though, I come here for custom jobs on my vehicles and Jorge is by far the most professional and friendly person I have come to know. I'm fairly demanding and quite picky. They are now my friends and I trust them 100% to now onwards take care of all my automotive craftwork.

Amazing customer service, had to call them 4 times one day and they answered every time. Respectful and honest work. Car feels and looks straight out of the the dealer. 11/10 recommend

Just went into the shop with a brand new x4m which I wanted to get repaired following an accident I was involved with yesterday, however, upon walking in neither gentlemen sitting in the reception desks (the older one appearing to be the one in charge) greeted me. I then proceeded to greet them and ask them how I would get the process started as I had already reported the claim to GEICO. The older man said it would not be of any benefit to him to look at the car or write an estimate (despite the website stating they complete free repair estimates) or keep the car to begin repairs. He stated once I had done everything with GEICO including the inspection then I can bring back the car once the estimate and check had been issued. This was the rudest most unprofessional experience I’ve ever encountered. It’s very disheartening as I was a returning customer.

DO NOT USE GIANT MOTORS for any repairs on your car. They supposedly are “a State Farm” certified dealer and I do not know how. I am a snowbird here in the Keys, and this place was the closest to take my car for almost 30k worth of damage. The estimate took forever, and now my car is almost a month over from when they said it would be done. They have been horrible at communicating, George is very unprofessional and was rude towards both my mother and I, and they overall have just been horrible. I pray to the Lord they actually know what they are doing so I can make it back home in my car IF I ever get it back, since this has been such a hassle. I’m a very very disappointed customer especially when my insurance paid them not even half way through the job being completed. And to top it off, my parents fly in to pick up my “completed car” to see it like this on the street — and then being told at least 2 more days. If I could leave negative stars, oh boy would I. Whatever you do, SKIP USING GIANT MOTORS AUTO BODY & PAINT!!!!!!!!!!

I took my car (Tesla) to Giant. The work was perfect, great quality! They did it in about 4 days. Also - their price was about 50-75% less than what I quoted at other locations (including Tesla). I highly recommend them.

My contact guy was "GEORGE", he arranged my rental vehicle, communicated with me by text and phone, the whole operation went very smooth, and is deserving of more than 5 stars (I would RATE 100 STARS if I could)!!! Thank you "GEORGE" FOR YOUR PROFFESSIONAL WORK AND SUPER - SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I WILL REFER ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO YOUR AWESOME BUSINESS!!! I MUST CONCLUDE BY STATING THAT IT IS VERY REFRESHING TO BE TREATED WITH SUCH INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, IT IS RARE THESE DAYS!!!

After two typical Miami experiences I ended up here and I am very happy about that. Went in, got an estimate right away that was even cheaper than the ones I got before. Agreed on a date to get my car repaired. Brought in my car on set date and it was done two days later. I had a scratch on my bumper and when asking about some other scratches and price, Jorge offered to take care of them, too. They were small and maybe no biggy for him, but he did myself a big favor. I would and will recommend this place to friends and family. Service is friendly and reliable.

Was quoted $1000-1500 for a fender replacement and paint job. The fender part only costs $75 for my car. I'm having a hard time understanding how painting and installing can be at least $900. Fender on my car can be disassembled without affecting the front
