Absolute worst experience ever buying a suit ever. Paulino will say anything to get you to walk out the door with an ill fitting suit. After multiple tailor visits they can make a 3k suit look worse than something off the rack from the coat factory. I repeat, will say absolutely anything to you to get you to leave the store with the item. Will then not come through on a single promise and will stop trying to make it right. Made excuses of using a third party tailor as the reason why the suit doesn't fit. Why should a customer care about that? Also, said that I probably gained weight over the two days I was waiting to get the suit back from them. probably the most incompetent 2faced salesman and staff I've ever run into. At this price point, it's not acceptable.

Very nice small store inside the design District. Stopped by here after lunch at the market. Not busy at all. Lots of options here. Very convenient parking downstairs.
