My friend sent a box with them before Venezuela raised shipping taxes and later they said they had not sent it but Mrs. Rosa assured her that she would not charge said tax because it was their mistake.However, the box continues in Miami after about two months because they are demanding payment for what Venezuela raised, despite being their responsibility.They don't keep their word because this conversation took place over the phone in front of me.They are irresponsible!!

Unfortunately, they are not honest in the information that they handle a box that was deposited and paid at the Miami office on June 23, 2023, and was not sent when it was due to Venezuela. Subsequently, the change in the conditions of door-to-door shipments to Venezuela was published and at no time did they inform that the box was still in Miami and that it was never sent even though I insist the shipment had already been paid in cash!!! Finally, after we contacted them, they told us that the box would be sent at no cost on July 21, 2023 without additional charges because they were responsible for the fact that the shipment had not been made. Then they indicate that the box would be sent on August 4, 2023, to the greatest surprise they will not send the box to Venezuela unless additional charges are paid and that otherwise we must go to the Miami offices to pick up the box... Gentlemen where do they leave the seriousness? customer service? How will they refund the money they received from June 23????... I do not recommend them in any way

THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE PEOPLE!!My daughter from Miami sent us a box with personal things and the box is more than 3 months old and nothing just last week they called her and it was to ask for more money, they are very bad people and not at all responsible. Don't hire them.

I am very upset because I sent a box to Venezuela and I found out that it was not sent when three weeks had passed since I took it and paid, I found out because I called because otherwise, I don't find out, I understand that I am a small client but I have been sending constantly for years with them, Mrs. Rosa explained to me that they had issues of an increase due to the state but to calm me down that my box would be sent and the price would be maintained, after almost two months they charge me $38 and it is not the money, it is the lack of seriousness and respect for customers, my box is still in Miami waiting for me to pick it up and pay the difference, I prefer to retire and not send more boxes with them because they are very responsible
