Costly service, not very agile, it has 3 different platforms for tracking the package but they all have different information, you must be calling constantly to find out the real status of the shipment

A crappy service. Expensive and bad, a shame for servientrega that has an excellent service in Ecuador, that they use this crap from globalbox... much better Laarbox..

I have a package withheld by Global box but they do not answer my emails or phone calls. Directed my calls to a recording of noise or hang up immediately. Packages delivered by USPS was not received by Global Box, so I lost two packages.
