Don’t ever visit or buy any products from this gnc store, the customer service is horrendous, the manager alexandra is rude and doesn’t help. I came there to return the product and they denied it saying we don’t do returns since we’re a franchise, when i did speak to gnc online customer service they’re indeed a corporate store and they should return it. But they still denied it, pathetic store!

The Location is supposed to open at 10:00am on Saturday's. This was even posted on their door. I showed up at 10:30am in June 29th and it was closed. Very unprofessional. Next time I'll just buy through amazon or bodybuilding.com.

While I typically buy my protein on Amazon, I went to GNC to get some vegan protein because I was in a pinch. I walked around the store - not really sure where the vegan protein was- as I made my way to the back isles I was greeted by Tony who asked me if I needed help. "Is that all the vegan protein you have?" I asked as I pointed to a column of tall white protein powders on the other side of the store. It's almost as if he could sense the disappointment in my voice- "oh,no!" he assured me, "we have so much more! Give me one second and I will be right with you." A typical associate might have just pointed to the area of the store where the protein was (This GNC is not that big) but Tony insisted that he guide me to the right area. He walked from behind the counter, introduced himself and walked me over to the section where all the vegan proteins were located. We chatted, and I was immediately struck by his laid back, yet kind demeanor. He waited for me to look at the proteins and assured me that the reason he was waiting around was not to pressure me into purchase but rather to assist me should I have any questions. I thanked him and picked up the protein of my choosing. I asked him which was his most popular selling protein and he guided me to the back. "You might not like these," he said with a grin. "Oh no," I assured him "I eat meat- I just like vegan protein because it doesn't have any chemicals in it with weird names I can't pronounce to make it taste good." As we arrived at the back wall he gave me a break down of basically all the proteins the store carried from best selling to worst selling. Needless to say, I was impressed. The kid knew his stuff! What I expected to be a mediocre transaction ended up being a really nice, informative, and personable interaction. I wish every associate at every store could be like Tony. He takes ownership- he's a people person- knowledgable but he's not pushy. I have a good feeling he is going places- in 10 years I might see him on the cover of some business magazine- or something like that- where he is just crushing it because he is that great at what he does. He reminded me of what shopping online robs us of- that person to person human connection. As I left, he waved, " Hope to see you again soon!" "Oh I live right around the block, so I'll be back" I responded. "Awesome, well I'll be here," he assured me. Thanks Tony! Thanks for making my experience at GNC so pleasurable- it was an unexpected highlight of my day- and I'm glad we crossed paths. I hope if he rises through the ranks at GNC someone puts him in charge of training associates on customer service skills- he's really a natural.

I have been to a couple of GNC stores in Miami but this store is the best. There is an employee named Antonio and he has to the best employee there.
