Beware of their scamming. Won’t return products even if not used. GNC offers returns. When they decide to do the refund they will do it incorrectly. I called customer service to verify the return and they told me it won’t be processed because the store did something incorrectly. They thought they were slick. Thankfully I called customer service and they escalated the issue.

Whoever it is working 8pm wednesday night should be fired. The man was too busy talking on the phone with his friend to help me out. Called numerous times before I came in and the guy left me on hold with nobody in the store. Horrible experience last time ever shopping at GNC

If I could give 0 stars I would. They're selling their products for more than what it goes for on their website and WILL NOT or are just to clueless to adjust the price. Go to a corporate store, not this shitty franchise with incompetent reps.

First time into a GNC in over 10 years as I have traditionally went to a Vitamin Shop or On-line Purchases for my dietary needs. Carlos " Health Expert" at the store transitioned me into a return loyal customer. Carlos was very knowledgeable patient and pleasant. The location is next to a nice Publix with safe covered parking.
