James Nyugen, the Store Manager at location on 3805 NW 7th St, Miami, FL 33126. During my recent visit, Mr. Nyugen exhibited a highly aggressive approach while promoting the store's membership program. When I opted to decline the membership offer and was in the process of leaving, Mr. Nyugen shouted, "Next time don't waste my breath." This behavior was unprofessional and inappropriate.
I've also sent out a letter to corporate office regarding the incident.

You're not allowed to do business with this company without a membership... I had no idea this was a thing, the "GM" told us he didn't want our business (word4word) because after 3 times of asking if we wanted to sign up for a membership and politely declining the offer, we were told to leave and not allowed anything in the store, I was so confused why someone would say this?

I said hello, I was in front of the cash register, the bald employee with big eyes, busy with some papers, did not respond to my greeting, I had the courtesy to wait for him to finish what he was doing. I started looking on my cell phone for the photo of what I wanted to buy. A few minutes passed when I looked at him. He didn't even tell me how I can help him. He was looking at me without saying anything and with a surprised face. I don't think you are qualified to deal with clients.

This location is closed at 3:20 in the middle of their stated store hours: no note, nothing. They have my Amazon package and they shouldn’t be a Hub Counter location if they can’t guarantee their hours…

It's small and makes for a quick shopping trip, however they were out of stock at 2 GNC and found them at the 3rd store.

This store should change their hours posted on the doors and online due to the fact that I did get there at 8:37 PM and the doors were locked and the gentleman working there did look at me before proceeding to go to the back to get his broom or mop. Yes I did pull both doors to ensure I was wrong but I wasn't.
