Call the store,ask the person on the phone do they have a item. And she hang up the phone,tried several more times and all attempts failed. Very poor customer service period!!!!

Staff here is super helpful an knowledgeable about your progress gains, needs, and current up to date on all things health related. In terms of recovery and recommendations you'd be hard pressed to find a better staff.

I normally would not write a negative review because people have bad days I get it. But in this case, it’s warranted. The manager wouldn’t accept a normal return with a receipt. She refused to call customer service for me re: the return policy. When I asked if she could call them about another issue she also refused. What a scam artist. It was a joke. Made me call national customer line for them to CONFIRM what the receipt says - that I could return the product to any GNC with a receipt. I asked Customer service stayed on the line with me while she processed the return to ensure it went through: She should have accepted it at the beginning of our interaction as is the national GNC policy. She’s unprofessional and did not even acknowledge that she made a mistake bc she knows what she was doing the whole time. Wasted 30 mins on the phone because she would NOT call GNC on behalf of a customer. Terrible customer service. Milagros didn’t even apologize. She needs to be replaced.

This is my first time in this GNC store, I had never seen it because it is located in Dadeland Mall, across from Macy's, The manager was very nice and helped me finding what I needed, I have been buying the same vitamins for many years, for me they are very effective, now they changed their presentation but they are the same, energy and metabolism are what I buy for myself, for my children I buy Mega Men Sport ,They are adults and both do exercises, there are only a few GNC stores left, franchises have been closing, I encourage you to take vitamins every day, at GNC you can find a lot of variety.

Cashier REY was very rude to my mother and I. Came in to buy a few items and upon checkout he was very sarcastic and rude. If he was having a bad day he should not take it out on paying guests. I would give zero stars if I could
