I just did a return at the Fountain Square GNC in Miami Florida. Firstly I was at the store at 9:50am and sat on a bench outside waiting. By 10:03am no one had arrived and I left to run other errands. I returned shortly after that and the older gentleman that was working was rude when he realized it was an online order return. He told me that the packing slip I brought, that was provided in the box and had the order number, is useless for him to use and that I need to go to a corporate store in there mall because online returns are complicated. Even then, I told him to have a good day when the return processed and he completely ignored me. Not sure who the manager is, but the gentleman I think needs some kind of customer service training.

Great service, I came in looking for some Pre-Workout after being recommended by other people. I didn't really know much about it and the staff helped me understand what I was looking for and choose a pre-work out that would work for me.

I had an appointment to next door to do my nails so I decided to swing by GNC TO Grab a protein bar and the gentlemen at the register was fantastic super nice great customer service. I even walked out with a Protein shake lol Highly recommend

I guess you can say I had a "complicated order" ? after I went in there and told Jose My life story ?, what I was looking for and why he immediately knew what I needed. Took his time and was patient.. Great customer service, would buy from here again.

I always come to this GNC, they always have everything I need and Jose always comes in clutch with the flavor recommendations, he’s also a big reason why I go to this GNC, always 100% customer service, best of the best!
