Walked in on a Sunday morning as soon as they opened. Lady behind the counter was immediately making comments about how we had nothing better to do than just browse? I was going to buy protien and amino acids but after hearing her comments, mind you she was not trying to hide them. I was ready to just walk out. My girlfriend insisted she buy me a Shaker bottle but that's it. Never going back to this store again.

I went to the store today and the manager help me with all the questions that i did have, she was really knowledgeable, she informed me about the sells going on I would definitely recommend and come back to that store.

I just left the GNC store, and the service was terrible. The employee was so rude that we decided not to buy anything. Instead of helping us, she literally told us to go shop at CVS. Unbelievable! I won’t be coming back.

Horrible customer service. I shop there for frequently and todays experience was absolutely terrible. I purchased an item called LIT. Got home with it and opened it, the product that's supposed to be a powder it was partially rock solid as if it had gotten wet. I quickly returned it to the store to exchange it. The sales assistance was very nice. However, when she called the store manager Sara. Sara refused to allow me to exchange the item for an other item of same value and size that was in better condition and not expired. Rather she wanted me to pay an additional amount for the new product because the previous item was marked down sighting she couldn't do. Gave me 2 option pay for it or take my money back. I took option 2. Called customer service and they will be spendingme the new product at the honored price.

I went there couple months ago to buy l-Carnitine. The lady offered me to buy another set and a membership for discounts. I was charged 40$ extra for the membership. Couple weeks later I went to gnc store in Lincoln rd and we realized I don’t have a membership. I showed them the payment but still I don’t have any membership. I don’t say it is a scam. It can be a simple mistake but they didn’t fix the problem and their attitude was like it is my mistake. I will never shop at gnc again for myself or for my customers!

Sara has no clue where she stands, horrible customer service. They need to train them better, she refuses to price match an item with Walmart even tho their website says they do, then makes up a quantity limit just because she says so. Worts GNC I've been to.
