I ordered 2 strawberry smoothies. Very expensive by the way. They were terrible. I turned back to complain the customer service was terrible. I asked for my money back They told that they are not able to. Never going back. First experience was bad the second even worse.

We went to the location at the palmer park mall today in Easton, pa My son was looking around at toys with my husband. I was sitting at a table outside the store watching. My husband came out and my daughter went in to see what he wanted. A Male associate kept following my son around the store harassing him, telling him not to touch the toys and making comments about trying to steal things. My daughter got upset and took my son and went next door to Spencer's. When the associate couldn't see them he ran around the whole store looking for them like a lunatic. Shortly after a couple came into the store with a small child and the associate followed them around the store made them very uneasy and they left. If they don't fire this man they are going to have poor sales this season. I know they lost me and I have 5 kids.

I didn't get the fuss till I took my kids. They make the fuss. The employees, and the ceremony, make the stuffed animal special to your child. It's for the experience as much as for the bear. And all the ways to personalize your stuffed animal. I get it now.

Bought a gift for a friend and the set came incomplete. Went to return it and an older woman working the counter said I could not return an incomplete item, despite the fact they sold it to me like that. After I complained about the ridiculousness of it, they made me wait an hour and a half for a manager who never showed up. I had to wait for the shift change so that the next person working the register would process my refund. All for a $15 item. If you’re buying something more expensive beware.

Will never shop here again! Some male behind the register found it entertaining to engage in a conversation with my FOUR YEAR OLD SON! At his age, independence is obviously one of his priorities. That being said, he selected an item because I told him he could get something. He then took it to the counter to purchase. I was right behind him of course. As we both approached the register, a Caucasian male, about 6 foot, 195, sat texting on his phone. After a few seconds, I asked him did he work there? If so we were ready. He continued to text, then finally said. I better get up this guy looks like he's gonna kill me. Uncomfortable, I laughed a bit. He proceeded to hold a conversation with my son. Asking him who did he want to kill? Who pissed him off? His mom? His sister? His brother? (Didn't ask his father) So I attempted to redirect the conversation to me. We only had on item so I said here! I kind of placed my card in front of him. After that he asked MY SON, if he wanted candy. I told him sorry but I teach him not to take things from strangers. The guy then says you want a lollipop to piss your mom off?!???
