I am extremely dissatisfied with the moving company's services. I took the time to call and confirm my appointment, but my attempts to reach them were met with complete silence. Despite leaving a voicemail explaining my situation and the urgency of my move, I received no response from them.This lack of communication is inexcusable, especially since I have two young children and needed their assistance to make the move smoother. To make matters worse, they failed to show up for the appointment they had scheduled. This left me in a tight spot, scrambling to find an alternative solution with very little time.The disregard for their customers' time and the unprofessionalism displayed by this company is utterly disappointing. I had trusted them to help me during a crucial time, only to be let down by their complete lack of responsiveness and failure to fulfill their commitment.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this moving company to anyone. Their poor communication and unreliability have left me feeling frustrated and unsupported during what should have been a manageable transition.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this moving company. I called to confirm my appointment and was met with silence as they failed to answer the phone. The level of unprofessionalism and disregard for their customers' time is truly disappointing.I had hoped to rely on their services during a stressful time, but their complete lack of responsiveness and failure to uphold their commitment left me feeling stranded and let down. I wouldn't recommend this moving company to anyone based on my experience..

i HIGHLY recommend this company! my family has used them for years and i recently used them. 3 older men strong as ever, moved fast and efficiently, did not drag time out at all. they did what they were supposed to do in a timely manner. very respectful and kind. included my son and informed me of everything they were doing. i was completely comfortable and felt like it was absolutely money well spent. fairly priced. cant say enough about this company. its just nice that in a world of movers that take advantage of your pockets there is actually a company that does right by their customers. will definitely use them in the future and always recommend them.Service: In-county removals

Cancellled morning of an hour before they were expected. They don't even have back ups. Granted, we are in a pandemic, but prepare for it! Awful - Chiquis Moving is WAY better.
