The worst place to have your medications delivered. They are never on time. They call you to pick up the medication when you go, saying there is no disposable medication and they don't know who called you to tell you it was ready. Mediocre staff don't know how to do their job. Disrespectful.

Don't buy this product if you don't want to fall. I am athletic and I am 50 years old and I fell twice in the first 30 minutes of using it right there in front of the pharmacy greeting the President. He kept hitting me until I got home. The two small front wheels lock with the slightest lift from the sidewalk.
I bought it at 2:37 pm. I tried to return it at 7pm and the cashier Daicel refused with an aggressive and ugly attitude as if I were returning a destroyed car. In an aggressive and accusatory manner she told me that no one has complained as if insinuating that I should shut up and that it wouldn't be a problem. If the factory has not stopped building it, it is because what I say is not true. Very unprofessional!! wow!! I am a nurse and I have cared for many elderly people. You should not buy this product. And the store must print on the receipt that it is non-returnable because I would have saved myself trouble.
