Full at 2pm on a Wednesday. Hate wasting time and even more, two 30lbs box of donations having to bring up and down multiple elevators. Waste of time and effort. Very upsetting.

It’s in a gated parking lot that you can enter from 7th St on the right hand side. Be ready to take items up a few stairs to give them to the person inside the trailer. I’ve donated many things here with no problems.

I donated clothes here, there was a woman organizing items inside who accepted my bags. The access is from SW 7th street, and the trailer has parking. You can also temporarily park in the Publix lot next door.

This is a manned trailer located in the public parking lot under I-95 by the Publix on Brickell. It is convenient as you can just drive up to them and bring them all your donations. You have the option to receive a receipt if you want to keep all your donation receipts for tax season.

Read the reviews and was unsure if they would take my bags, the lady accepted them but hinted for me to go to another location next time I don’t think she wanted to take them. Good place if you have like one bag of clothes to donate. Honestly since it’s right next to brickell I think they should be open to taking multiple bags at one time to donate.

Every single time I try to drop something off here there’s a grumpy Spanish lady that tells me they’re full.

Didn’t know what to expect from the mixed reviews here but a very friendly Hispanic woman greeted me and took my bags of clothes today. The trailer is under the over pass in the parking lot. Quick and convenient drop off.

(Translated by Google) We took several boxes with clothes, shoes and blankets to donate, and the employee did not want to accept it because "she did not have space", although clearly there was still room in the trailer where to put things. Then he said that the problem was that they were in boxes, that the company only accepts donations in bag, which does not make sense because the boxes stack easier and optimize the space of the trailer. We had walked 15 blocks in the Miami sun with the boxes, and the clerk wanted us to walk 10 more blocks to the Goodwill branch. I told him that if he did not accept it, he would have to throw everything away and his answer was "then you will have to throw it away." I insisted, and even offered to go up to the trailer to organize things so that everything could fit in, that there were many things in excellent condition and even brand-new clothes, but he did not let us.Luckily, there were homeless people in the place who gladly accepted the donation and will be able to take advantage of all those clothes and shoes, and the blankets and pillows.I suggest that the trailer employee be relocated to another part of the company where she cannot do this kind of harm to the community. The mission of this company is that what is left over for some of us can be useful to those who are not so fortunate. This lady is not helping to achieve that, but the opposite. For her, if she does not know how to accommodate a box, the donation had better be thrown away.(Original)Llevamos varias cajas con ropa, zapatos y mantas para donar, y la empleada no quiso aceptarlo porque “no tenía espacio”, aunque claramente había aún lugar en el trailer donde ubicar las cosas.
