LAZY. DO NOT GO HERE. I had 3 boxes of stuff and the lady wanted me to repack into garbage bags for her. I've been donating to goodwill for years and never had anyone act like this before. AVOID.

The woman that works this which her name is Veronica Sidonia Serrano . She’s off Sunday Monday and Tuesdays . She steals stuff and sells it . Her husband puts a table out on Sunday’s and they sell the stuff she brings from this trailer . I contacted someone through email and no one has contacted back .

I have to give it to this goodwill location. Lately, the last few times I've visited this location, I am always met with very friendly staff always offering to help. Other locations in Miami have somewhat rude or dry employees. Along with their friendly service, the store is always well maintained and organized.

Had a great experience shopping and dropping off donations! The drop off process for goods was really smooth. I walked through the front of the store and they told me to go all the way to the back to drop off my boxes. There was a team there ready to take my donations within seconds. Shopping was also great at this Goodwill. They are considered a "superstore" due to their size, which means you'll find a lot more items than at other Goodwills. The store was clean and perfectly organized. Customer service was awesome -- my cashier was super sweet. I recommend this location.

I bought a coffee pot which is defective and they're refusing to give me my money back. So basically, stealing from me. And NO ONE SPEAKS THE DAMN LANGUAGE!
