The lady at the register is always bitter and rude. I’m a customer that visits this location frequently and every time I go there I feel like it bothers her I go there often. I am not a person that does reviews and can tolerate a lot from employees but this one needs to be addressed!!

Do not donate anything to this place. They have gotten so picky over the past few times I have gone to donate. I'm not giving them damaged goods everything is working and in good condition. I would recommend donating to a church or put it for free online. This location seems to hire people with bad attitudes. Plenty of other places that will actually give your things to people who need them.

The amount of attitude you receive after going to the trouble to drive over and give them items of value is shocking. Won’t be coming back here again. Train your employees how to act professionally. It’s hurting your business.

The workers have horrendous attitudes and are borderline disrespectful. The woman with black hair and blonde short hair are extremely rude to customers. One of the cashiers guilt trips and pushes you to leave donations and make snide comments if you say no.

Sometimes you can still find good deals,but now it's mostly used or new fast fashion made in China that you can buy cheaper online. The days of really good deals at Goodwill are over. It's too bad because they could make a difference in this overconsumption industry,but like most,they opt for profit 😔

This is one of my favorite locations to visit. I have found numerous deals here and other times I’ve found neat things/knick knacks.
The times I’ve visited, the store is clean and well maintained including the women’s bathrooms.
Good bye to searching for all your “color of the day items” to put down first when checking out. Now with the new system and registers, check out is much easier and faster. You just give all the items to them and the computer gives the discount(s) and does the rest.

Horrible!!! The service is the WORST ever. They need to train the staff. And theres one cashier who doesn’t know anything. The line was very long. Go to another location.

My family and I went to good will to look and possibly shop. An employee had the audacity to tell us not to move or touch anything cause she fixing the area. First of all we are customers and for us to buy anything we have to pick it up and look at it. It’s very rude to tell a customer that when they are simply just shopping. I have manners and I usually don’t pick up things that I know I won’t buy so I don’t make a mess. It gives a bad impression and bad taste in shopping there if it bothers the employee that we are shopping. She was ready to leave so she didnt want anything to be moved but it’s her job. I’ve been calling to let a manager know but no one answers.

Very nice store! It’s the cleanest Goodwill I have never been too. Very friendly staff and a great diversity of clothes (good quality).

SHUT IT DOWN! I have been donating to this goodwill for over 6 years and now all of a sudden the past 3 times I’ve been told “we can’t accept it because it’s used” Ernesto seems to be a new employee, extremely rude went back and forth with my husband about a car seat. Today I am posting the table I was donating and to Ernesto “no one will buy it” last time I checked this was a non profit organization and I will be reaching out to corporate. I no longer will be donating to any goodwill. Good luck to the rest of you

ZERO ⭐️ to this particular location. Drive thru donation staff is very rude SÚPER GROSERO . I had about 9 bags of clothes and I decided to take them to a church close by instead . Jose , Juan or whatever his name was, did not care and even asked me to LEAVE. I won’t ever take any donation to this location ever again in my life. Eduquen a sus empleados !
