Horrible service today I arrived at 6.20 pm 10 minutes before closing and the lady ask me to drop the bag and returned the following day for the receipt when she has plenty time to give me a receipt of course I declined to leave my donation.I'll donate to salvation army.

Went today to drop off some donations and the person was in the trailer didn’t come out until I had place the bags of books on the steps and instead of nicely saying that there was a place in the trailer for it she came at me with a terrible attitude. The lady had red hair very rude, was not a pleasant experience.

The sole purpose of this review is an employee appreciation post... I have been to a lot of GW and have been to this one on many occasions. Let me just say Sandy (hope that's how you spell his name) was the most courteous employee I've ever came across. Very politely asked if I needed assistance and I meant to write a review, but then called the store two weeks later to ask a question and he answered. Again, the most politest employee. You're lucky to have him!Aside from that, store is spacious and always tidy.

Terrible manager in this store, came in for a return seeing as you are not allowed to try anything on due to Covid and he had to be call 4 times to the front, after waiting for 30min, instead of at least being a decent human being and pretend to be somewhat apologetic he proceeded with the credit transaction with a terrible attitude and demeanor, talking poorly about other customers in my presence. I realize this isn't Macy's but if employees and other cashiers can have a positive and helpful attitude it's truly a shame this man cannot do the same. Truly a waste he even has a title that may be better suited for someone else!

Went to drop off clothes and shoes in good condition as soon as I got there the lady told me to hold on that she wasn't even suppose to work today gave me a weird vibe, as soon as I open the trunk she said is too much stuff you can't drop it off here and is incredible she turn down a Donatin cause she didn't feel like working unbelievable i hope her manager see this and takes accountability that he has a person turning away donations cause she doesn't want to work

There's great stuff here!! I always find really cool things at this Goodwill store BUT the floor employees are SUPER RUDE. The customers have no manners and I've seen people treat each other nasty. Bring a sword and shield.

Wow just wow. All the goodwills in miami are at it again. They just put a new tag color. Grey which is almost identical to the white tag. Spend two hours finding white tag items (50%) Off today. When I get to the chashier it turns out some where grey not to my knowledge. My complaint that they are ripping people off. I always buy the color of the week because they are over charging everything, so to save money, I only buy discount color off the week. Now I left with nothing that I wanted. Not only that how are old people going to notice the "grey" from the white. That was done on purpose for MONEY! Also I bought $12 jeans. I looked it up on Target and it was listed as $15. Really? What a rip off these people are. And they claim they are good for the community. But in reality they are taking advantage of lower class income people. Smh shame on you. Also the skater skirts at forever 21 are $3.50-$5.00 NEW! But at the goodwill noooo you pay $5-$8 USED!
